HCI Massage Chair — User Agreement & Terms of Use

By proceeding with payment and using an HCI massage chair, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all instructions, warnings, safety guidelines, and payment terms set out below.

1. User Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years of age or older (or above 122 cm in height), or be supervised by a responsible adult.
• This chair is to be used only for relaxation and wellness purposes.
• The maximum user weight and height limits specified on the chair must be followed at all times.

2. Medical & Health Warning

Do not use this massage chair without prior medical approval if you have a pacemaker or implanted medical device, are pregnant, or have heart disease, recent injuries or surgery, fractures, spinal disorders, osteoporosis, epilepsy, clotting or circulatory disorders, or any condition for which massage is not medically recommended.

Stop using the chair immediately if you experience dizziness, chest pain, difficulty breathing, numbness, excessive discomfort, or any unusual symptoms.

3. Safety Instructions

• Remove all sharp objects and valuables from your pockets before use — including keychains, mobile phones, wristwatches, clutches, bangles, bracelets, anklets, and similar items.
• Do not stand on or otherwise misuse the chair.
• Do not insert fingers, hands, feet, clothing, or objects into moving mechanisms.
• Keep children away from operating parts.
• Do not operate the chair under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Only one user at a time.
• Keep pets away from the chair.

4. Operating Guidelines

• Sit fully back in the chair before starting your session.
• Select your preferred massage program.
• Remain seated throughout the entire session.
• Use the emergency STOP button if you feel any discomfort.
• Continuous usage should not exceed 60 minutes.

5. Liability Disclaimer

This massage chair is intended solely for relaxation and general wellness.

It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The user voluntarily assumes all risks associated with use of the massage chair.

HCI Pvt. Ltd., the location owner, mall operator, facility operator, and their employees shall not be liable for any injury, discomfort, loss, damage, medical condition, or claim arising from the use or misuse of this equipment.

6. Payment Terms

All payments made through UPI or other digital payment methods are final.

7. User Consent

By using an HCI massage chair, you confirm that:

• You are using the chair voluntarily and at your own risk.
